Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Membership Plans: Refunds for membership plans will be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the start of the membership term. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
  • Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces: Refunds for meeting rooms and event spaces will be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Day Passes: Day passes are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Process

To cancel a service and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Day Passes: Day passes are non-refundable, and therefore, cancellation is not applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Approval: Our team will review your cancellation request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized and special requests that involve third-party services.
  • Services that have already been rendered or used.
  • Fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows for meeting rooms and event spaces.
